About the Role:
A well-established contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of groundworks and RC frame projects across West London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects.
Key Duties:
- Manage daily site operations, including subcontractors, direct labour, and materials
- Provide timely resolutions to on-site issues
- Liaise with Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance with H&S standards
- Monitor and maintain the quality of works to the required standard
- Provide regular site feedback to support monthly project reporting
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of site management experience in groundworks and RC frame projects
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
